700 SW 1st Street (POSSIBLE ELECTION FRAUD?):
Escalona rented a small apartment and claimed it as his primary residence in order to qualify for District 3 Commissioner on Jany 8, 2025.

128 NW 26th Avenue (POSSIBLE MORTGAGE FRAUD?):
In order to secure a $756,500 mortgage, Escalona claimed an address in District 4 as his primary address. The morgage was signed 47 days after he signed his candidate documents and was recorded on May 19, 2025. Section 6 of his mortgage states that he "must occupy, establish, and use the Property as Borrower's principal residence."

9625 NW 36th Avenue (POSSIBLE TAX FRAUD?):
Escalona’s wife, Astrid Gonzalez Nieto, has consistently declared a homestead exemption on a property outside of the City of Miami. In order to claim Homestead Exemption the property must be your principal residence. Does he live with his pregnant wife?

You can only have 1 primary residence. He has claimed 3 diffrenet addresses. Instead of electing him, Escalona should be INVESTIGATED and CHARGED WITH FRAUD!
