Which FRAUD did Rolando Escalona commit?

On January 8th, Rolando Escalona claimed he lived at 700 NW 1st St Apt 213, in District 3, to qualify for office. On February 24th, only 47 days later, he claimed he lived at 128 NW 26th Ave to secure a $756,500 mortgage in District 4.

Bottom line, amongst his many faults, he may have committed election fraud, a state crime, or mortgage fraud, a federal crime. He appears to be backed into a legal corner. In addition to the mortgage, his company, Escalonagroup, LLC, is registered at the 26th Ave home outside of District 3 as of January 6.

Either way, it looks like Escalona may have court and a jail cell in his future.

Say no to self-serving ambition, greed, and unethical practices. SAY NO TO ESCALONA!
